SHIPPING 

What is the cost of shipping? What Carrier do you use?


All of our shipments are shipped via UPS Ground with a flat rate of $10 or USPS for $7. Heavier goods are $10. We've found this to be the fastest and most economical way of shipping. To find out transit times, please visit ups.com or usps.com. Our orders are shipped from our studio in Brooklyn, NY.

How long will my order take?

Orders placed during weekday hours are processed within 24 hours. However since most of our products are made to order, please allow 1-2 weeks for it to be made. Sometimes, we do have some products instock and already made, so those will ship out within 24 hours.

Orders placed during weekend/holiday hours are processed the following business day.

Do you ship Internationally?

We ship all international orders via US Postal Service for a flat fee. Shipping to Canada is $25. Shipping to all other countries is $50. Please note that due to varying international postage rules we cannot pay for return shipping on international orders and any additional duties, taxes, fees or VAT are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

REFURBISHMENT & REPAIR

Do you do repairs?

All of out products are handcrafted in our workshop studio in Brooklyn, NY. We always stress craft and quality. However, we understand that things can happen: a piece of hardware pops off, fabric tears, or a seam comes loose, oh no!

Skinny Vinny offers a one-year guarantee on damages that are the result of a manufacturer's defect. We offer free two-way shipping for any items of this nature.

All other repairs, alternations and modifications are subject to a servicing fee that will be calculated after your item has been received at our studio. In this case, please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 
To initiate a repair please:
1. Send an email to shop@skinny-vinny.com with your name, order number (if available), and repair required (feel free to email a picture if necessary).
2. We will then instruct you on how to proceed.

How do I clean my bag?

Our bags are primarily made of cotton canvas. Since cotton is 100% a natural fiber, that means there will be a risk of shrinking when put in the wash. We do NOT suggest that you throw it in the wash.

Spot cleaning with a little soap and water is the best option as well as dry cleaning.
